The College's Grievance Redressal Committee is constituted to provide a fair, transparent, accessible, and time-bound mechanism for addressing the genuine grievances and concerns of students and other stakeholders. The Committee seeks to ensure a safe, supportive, inclusive, and respectful environment within the institution. The Committee receives and examines grievances related to academic matters, administrative issues, facilities, services, interpersonal concerns, and other issues affecting the well-being and smooth functioning of students and members of the college community. The Committee handles all grievances with impartiality, confidentiality, sensitivity, and due regard for natural justice. The Committee encourages students and stakeholders to raise their concerns without fear of discrimination or retaliation. Upon receiving a grievance, the Committee examines the matter objectively, seeks relevant information where necessary, and recommends appropriate remedial measures within the prescribed framework.

7. To maintain appropriate records and documentation of grievances and their resolution.
8. To create awareness among students regarding the available grievance redressal mechanism.
9. To recommend appropriate corrective measures wherever necessary.
